It was a very interactive and amazing session as we got to know ourself more and learned how to communicate effectively and also how we can stand for ourself without any fear...ma'am teaching method was so nice that the examples and explanation were in so simple language and also the activities done in class were fun, enjoyable and also an easy way to remember things.
