Karle x Saga

Saga started its first online corporate stint @ Karle Infra, Bangalore. Here, we delivered a 9-session program on Communication Skills. The training was specially curated from our vast array of soft skills, to address the problem statements that Karle gave us. The most interesting challenge was being relevant to all, since all the participants were from multiple departments with diverse backgrounds! And we delivered!

Monster x Saga

We then conducted an offline workshop session @ Monster.com, Hyderabad. This was meant for their recruiters and the focus was on how to communicate effectively with potential candidates on Monster's platform. In the action-oriented workshop, the participants were put in enquiry on the key role they played at Monster. The icing on the cake was live role-plays, with a twist, where the participants could grasp the relevance and impact of clear communication and rapport-building.

Tyson x Saga

From Hyderabad, we flew to Bengaluru, to conduct a 4-day campus to corporate training @ Tyson Foods. A very action-packed and chocolate-filled week later, the young trainees were equipped with tools to manage their communication workflows, personal and team productivity, and workplace ethics.

What got established through all the training sessions, and reflected in our feedback, is that irrespective of age groups, designations and qualifications, a changed perspective of communication is what is needed to increase effectiveness at the workplace.

We are extremely excited to see where the rest of the year takes us!
